We consider reasonable handmade variation to be a natural characteristic of handmade products
5. Personalised and Customised Products
For personalised or customised products, you may be required to provide information such as:

Date
Message
Photograph
Colour preference
Design preference
Size
Other customisation details
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to us is correct before placing your order.
Once a personalised order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
GiftMemorie is not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer, including incorrect spelling, names, dates, numbers, photographs, colours, or other customisation instructions.
Where a design preview or confirmation is provided, the customer should carefully review it before approving the order.
6. Customer-Provided Images and Content
If you provide photographs, names, messages, artwork, logos, or other content for personalisation, you confirm that:
You have the right or permission to provide and use that content.
The content does not knowingly violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
The content is not illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.
You grant GiftMemorie permission to use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to create, process, fulfil, deliver, and support your order.
We will not knowingly use customer-provided personalisation content for unrelated commercial purposes without appropriate permission.
7. Orders
When you place an order through GiftMemorie, you are making a request to purchase the selected product(s).
After receiving your order, we may send an order confirmation. An order is considered accepted when we confirm it for processing, subject to product availability and other applicable conditions.
